Ana joined FTI Consulting in February 2020 as Director, and she assists the Brussels office’s public affairs clients with following and influencing the EU legislative initiatives relevant for data-driven technologies. Ana specializes in data, privacy, and cybersecurity-related policies. Ana has a legal background and brings over 11 years of experience as a data protection and employment lawyer in top-tier law firms, including in PwC’s legal arm and two other full-service law firms. Her experience spans over cross-border M&A deals, privacy gap analyses, and representing companies in contentious labour matters and crises including industrial action. Apart from that, Ana has been intensively involved in advocacy work through various NGOs, helping clients to voice their interests before the government. In 2018, Ana was ranked Band 1 lawyer by Chambers & Partners. The employment practice which Ana led from 2013 – 2018 was also ranked Band 1 by Chambers & Partners.​
